An old cartoon reminding us of the danger in giving in to the temptation a desperate public might feel to exchange their liberties and economic freedom for promises of security. Sound familiar? Just goes to show how much has been forgotten in the past 50 years. Are schools teaching anything these days besides self esteem?
Enjoy the cartoon, but please ignore the pop-up bubbles attempting to lead you to other websites promising you places to stash your cash... Sorry!
(hat tip: Don’t Tread On Me)
