Tomorrow, April 21, is Holocaust Remembrance Day in a time when denial of historic events is gaining steam. The news, once truth driven, is now so agenda driven that few know where truth ends and fiction begins. And because of that, even fewer people concern themselves with history these days. I wish I was only talking about those who live in banana republics run by tin horn dictators, or those who live in middle eastern countries where “death to America” is chanted by misled crowds daily, but I am not.
So it is important to subject ourselves to documentaries that many of us might find shocking and distasteful in order that we remember the past, lest we be doomed to forget and thus repeat it.
The video above is part 2 out of 8 parts you can go to You Tube to watch, though no more than one or two would be enough to refresh our memories of such horror of the systematic and brutal killing of 6,000,000 Jews, as well as millions of Gypsies, gays, overzealous Christians, Poles, etc..., by the Nazis in WW2.
Darfur is where humanity is repeating such atrocities today...
Here are parts 1, 3, 4, 5, etc... of the Nazi Concentration Camps documentaries created by the US Army under Gen. Eisenhower.
For more information on Holocaust Remembrance Day and issues pertaining to it, feel free to explore Pam Geller's blog, Atlas Shrugs, HERE and HERE.
Here is a video I found at Alice the Camel on the subject of Irena Sendler, a Catholic who saved 2,500 Jewish children from the holocaust.
