    Er, ah, opportunistic, two-faced Dems like Dodd and Frank......

    And, ah, spineless, unprincipled Repubs, like Bush, Bernanke and Paulson.

    And, ah, panic-stricken, Chicken-Little institutional investors and stock "analysts," like Jim Kramer.

    And, ah, oh yes, global warming.
